What this site is, what the private client pages are, and what using it does and does not create between us.

It describes a service and shows examples of work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract, and prices are not published here.
The form starts a conversation. Any actual project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, revisions and ownership, which I send for your approval before work begins. Until you have approved one of those in writing, nothing is commissioned and nothing is owed in either direction.
Most of what is on this site is concept work made on my own initiative, not commissioned projects. Where a piece is built around an invented brand, that is stated on the piece. Where a real business appears, it is shown with that business's permission, and its appearance is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a claim that it is a client.
Product names, logos and packaging belonging to other companies remain theirs. They appear as the subject of a piece, under their owners' rights, and nothing here asserts any claim over them.
About the client pages at /for/. When I make something for a particular business I put it on an unlisted page and send that business the link. Those pages carry a noindex instruction so search engines do not list them, and nothing on this site links to them.
They are not password-protected. Anyone holding the link can open the page. The link is the access control, so treat it as you would any private link — once forwarded, it can be opened by whoever receives it. If you would like a page taken down, say so and I will delete it.
Production uses generative AI tools for motion and finish, working from photography. This is stated openly on the pieces themselves and in the written agreement, and some advertising placements require an AI disclosure label — I will say which ones when I deliver.
The text, design, logo and videos on this site are mine. Please do not reproduce them elsewhere without asking. Linking to any page here is welcome and needs no permission.
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, and pages may change or disappear without notice. I do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously reachable.
Links to YouTube, Instagram or anywhere else lead to services I do not control and whose terms and privacy practices are their own.
Where a project is underway, the limits in the signed agreement govern and take precedence over anything here. For the website itself, use it at your own discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
If these change, the date at the top changes with them.
