A short, accurate account of what this site collects, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
Effective 1 October 2026Peerview Productions is a sole proprietorship operated by Erik Russell in Prince William County, Virginia. Questions about anything here go to hello@peerviewproductions.com.
If you fill in the form on the home page, it records what you typed: your name, your email address, the kind of project, your timeline, your budget range, whether you want music, any link you give to existing assets, and your description of the work.
Alongside that it automatically records your IP address and your browser's user-agent string at the moment you submit. Those are kept to tell real enquiries from automated ones.
Submitting the form sends you an automatic confirmation email and sends me a copy of what you wrote.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, referring sites, countries, browsers and device types in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
This site sets no cookies of its own, has no advertising pixels, no social tracking tags and no accounts to create.
Nothing here is sold, rented or shared for advertising. There are no third-party ad networks, no data brokers and no marketing lists. The only people who read your enquiry are me and the services above that carry it.
Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them — an ongoing conversation, a project, or a record of work done. If an enquiry goes nowhere, it gets deleted when I notice. If you would rather it went sooner, ask.
Email hello@peerviewproductions.com and I will tell you what is held about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no process — it is one person reading his own email, and it will not take long.
This is a very small business and it falls below the thresholds of the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and the comparable laws in other states. Rather than quote statutory rights that do not apply here, the offer above is a plain one: ask, and it is done.
I sometimes send a first email to a business I would like to work with. If you reply asking me to stop, I stop, and I do not add anyone to a mailing list. There is no newsletter.
The site is served over HTTPS throughout and enquiries are stored in access-controlled infrastructure. I am one person and I will not pretend to guarantee perfect security — but nothing sensitive is asked for, and none of it is passed on.
This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
